In-House Bespoke Sales Therapy® Day for your Business

A one day Strategy Workshop, limited to you and up to six senior members of your own management team, in which Grant Leboff will address the specific challenges your business faces and take you through the initial steps of constructing an effective sales and marketing strategy for your own business.

The Strategy Day will:

Pre Strategy Day Briefing:

Prior to the workshop, Grant will place a one hour, direct telephone call with your principal delegate in order to acquaint himself with your business model together with existing and foreseen challenges that you face.

Post Strategy Day De-Briefing:

The workshop takes a heavy toll on concentration. In the urgency to absorb so many challenging ideas, important learning points can be over looked. This means that when your management team put the lessons into practice, new situations will arise which were not envisaged at the time. To accommodate this, Grant will follow up with two separate one hour telephone conference calls, at pre-arranged times, in order to field issues not addressed on the day.
