Sales and Marketing Strategy for your Business.

A one day Strategy Workshop in which Grant Leboff takes you through the initial steps of constructing an effective sales and marketing strategy for your business.

The Strategy Workshop will:

• Help you put clarity into your sales message;
• Help you understand your buyer’s motivations;
• Help you put a relevant Problem Map™ together;
• Identify your key customers;
• Create additional problem maps for any specific customer types;
• Understand what your unique message should be in the marketplace;
• Start to build a brand, looking at your Emotional Selling Points;
• Start to formulate sales targets;
• Examine the best routes to market;
• Put together a compelling narrative for when you attend meetings;
• Start to identify the small steps that you need to take in order to get your customer’s commitment.

This workshop takes a heavy toll on concentration.

In the urgency to absorb so many challenging ideas, important learning points can be overlooked.

This means that when delegates put the lessons into practice, new situations will arise which were not envisaged at the time.

Therefore, the Strategy Workshop includes follow up of two x one hour telephone conference meetings with each company in order to field questions not raised on the day.
