Telephone Coaching.

Sales Therapy ® Telephone Coaching Programme

In this one year programme, Grant Leboff, author of Sales Therapy® personally guides you through the process of mastering the principles of Sales Therapy® by combining one on one telephone coaching with two additional face to face meetings.

He will be your mentor as you navigate the various challenges you will encounter in order to make your business the most effective sales machine it can be.

You will learn how to get your sales message right and be discerning about what your customers need to hear from you, because you have acquired an understanding of their fears and concerns.

He will give you the required insight to enable you to make the sale as easy as possible because you have built everything into the proposition in advance.

Grant will advise you on the practical applications of Sales Therapy® so that you can turn your business into a successful lead generator, be self sustaining and understand the art of customer retention.

You will learn how to ‘win customers by caring’™

At pre-arranged times, Grant will work with you to develop a full understanding of the Sales Therapy® philosophy and be able to put it into practice.

One on One Telephone Conferencing:

Two x one hour telephone conferences per month x 10 months (excluding August and December)

Face to Face:

To complement the Telephone Conference schedule, you will also receive:

Two x two hour, face to face meetings with Grant.
