to you, the member, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these
Terms of Use. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to the Terms

The views and opinions of Club Members expressed on pages where the content is contributed by members on this website do not reflect the opinions of The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd.

www.intelligentsalesclub.com is for the use of members of The Intelligent Sales
Club Ltd (TISC). No one can gain access to the website without registering as
a member of ‘TISC’.
By registering as a Member (FREE or Premium) of The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd you consent to receiving communications about its products or services.
The information provided to register as a member of The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd, to book an event / seminar or make any other purchase, enables us to gain a better understanding of our membership, its requirements and demographics and enhance your experience with TISC. Registration details are for the exclusive use of The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd and are not made available to any third party, other than the relevant contact information required for the provision of member services (e.g. tele-conferencing provider).
Interactive pages on the website of The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd (www.intelligentsalesclub.com) allow club members to share contacts, experiences, opinions and advice with other members. Any additional information about yourself or your company that you choose to disclose on interactive pages is at your sole discretion.
Members are entitled to access the resources of The Intelligent Sales Club website in accordance with your level of your membership (Free or Premium Club subscription). The purpose of ‘TISC’ website is to disseminate sales, marketing and associated resources to its members and to notify members of events, services and products that are either currently available, or to be made available, in the future.
You must be 18 years old or over to register as a member of The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd, use the website or attend events.
Members who follow a hyperlink from Premium Club Directory to another member’s
website are subject to that site's privacy policy and terms and conditions.
The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd may publish statistics accruing from its membership
(e.g. by geographic location, job title, business type, etc.,) or the results
of member polls, but will not divulge any personal information to a third party.
The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd uses cookies or other similar software to

Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

Membership of The Intelligent Sales Club may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either TISC or the Member upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. The Intelligent Sales Club Ltd will not make any refund in the event of a member terminating membership.
TISC will not disclose any membership contact details or content to any member who has terminated their membership or had their membership revoked.
At its sole discretion; TISC reserves the right to deny any Member access
to www.intelligentsalesclub.com; specific areas of the website or functionality
or features of the website or revoke membership without notice.
Members are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications
equipment necessary to gain access to www.intelligentsalesclub.com. Access
to and use of www.intelligentsalesclub.com is through a combination of your
personal e-mail address and a chosen password. Each Member must keep their
password strictly confidential.
For security reasons, TISC will not release passwords or website content

programmes, E:Zine content, PDF files, Audio files, Video Steaming and any other
resource material made available by TISC is for your personal training and non-commercial
use.

You agree to use the Premium Club Forum to send and receive messages
and material that are proper and related to the particular Forum. By way of
example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Forum or sending

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights

and TISC has the right to monitor all communications on the platform. Further,
you acknowledge that TISC does not endorse chats, postings, conferences, and
other communications by other users, and such communications shall not be considered
reviewed, screened, or approved by TISC. You understand that all information,
data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or
other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole
responsibility of the person from which such content originated.
Members, and not TISC, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the resource. TISC does not control the content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
In the course of using the Premium Club Forum, Members may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
TISC will not be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited
to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any
kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted
or otherwise made available via www.intelligentsalesclub.com.
www.intelligentsalesclub.com reserves the right for any reason to remove,
without notice; any content including (without limitation) material posted by
Members on the interactive Premium Club pages.
TISC reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to
www.intelligentsalesclub.com and/or revoke membership without notice.
Premium Club Directory
The collection of Members’ e-mail addresses from the Directory’s pages or by any other means from TISC database is considered theft and legal action will be taken against offenders.
The sending of unsolicited emails (SPAM) advertising products and services to members’ e-mail addresses is not permitted.
TISC gives no warranty or guarantee on the information provided by the member.
TISC is not liable for any misrepresentation of a member and does not guarantee
the reliability of any of its members, their products or services.
TISC is not liable for any loss of job or any expenses incurred in the pursuit
of employment.
TISC will not intervene in disputes between members and will not accept any
liability, to any party whatsoever, regarding any disputes arising due to postings
on the website, messages, emails, telephone call or meetings by a particular
member or members.
Members enter into a trading relationship at their own risk and take full responsibility to undertake their own due diligence prior to engagement of any sort.
Members’ Directory Listings may contain hyperlinks to their own web
sites. These links are provided for members’ convenience only. TISC is
not responsible for their content and no endorsement of members’ web sites
or any association with their owners is implied.

FREE membership entitles you to access all FREE pages, purchase products, seminars and attend events, plus receive a monthly audio and video training message.
In return for a subscription payment, Premium Club Membership, provides access to all FREE pages, audio and video training messages, plus participation in the Interactive and Archive Premium Club pages. Preferential price differentials are offered on most products for Premium Club Members.
On occasion, a subscription-free period of Premium Club Membership is awarded to members at the sole discretion of TISC.
All product and subscription payments are made on-line. By subscribing to TISC, you are representing to us that you are authorised to use the credit card you submit for payment.
In order to access www.intelligentsalesclub.com you must possess adequate hardware and software and be connected to the Internet using a high-speed connection.
Unless you notify us of your decision to terminate your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term. At the time of renewal, your credit card will be charged according to the fees effective at that time.
